Meet Rebecca, Trainer

Rebecca has always had a zest for animals! She began training dogs at just thirteen years old, driven by a desire for more than just a furry companion—she wanted a true partner and teammate. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a lifelong passion for understanding canine behavior and building meaningful partnerships between humans and their animals. Over the years, Rebecca developed a deep ability to read body language and behavior, not only in dogs but in horses as well. Her hands-on experience expanded at a ranch specializing in equine emotional therapy, where she worked closely with the herd—particularly the stallion—sharpening her awareness, timing, and fundamental understanding of animal communication. Following her time at the ranch, Rebecca trained her own service dog, Klymentine, and later rescued Capri, a dog she found running down a highway. Today, Capri serves as her demonstration dog—a living testament to what patience, structure, and clear communication can accomplish. These experiences solidified Rebecca’s mission to make a meaningful difference for dogs and their owners alike. Rebecca draws inspiration from respected trainers such as Stephanie Vichinsky, Tom Davis, and Justin Rigney. She is a dedicated student of the craft, with over 100 hours of specialized education including 40 hours from professional seminars, 24 hours through OLK9 Academy and Sit Stay Learn Together, 24 hours on her Method K9 account, 10 hours with Tom Davis, and 8 hours with Eric Ita. Her passion lies in empowering clients—teaching them how to truly read their dogs, advocate for them, and communicate clearly to overcome challenges together. While she loves working with all dogs, she has a special appreciation for the drive and intelligence that working breeds bring to a partnership.
